Executive Secretary: Niger-REN

As one of the leading players in the development of Internet in Niger (Internet Society of Niger, IGF Niger), Ousmane has been contributing for years already to the promotion of Research and Education Networks in West and Central Africa.

He is currently member of Board of Directors of WACREN and CEO of Niger-REN. Ousmane holds a Ph.D in mathematics from the University of Rennes (France) and a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Montreal (Canada).

He taught mathematics at the University Abdou Moumouni at Niamey (NIGER) since 1985 and his researches focus on mathematical epidemiology and integration of ICT in education.
